  I ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, a maid rite with cheese, and side of fries for about $26.00 (after tax). The orders of chicken strips contained 3 over cooked (dry) strips each with no fries or other side. The maid rite was as advertised (loose ground beef with pickles and onions), but was small for a $5.00 sandwich. The side of fries for $3.00 contained about half as many fries as the average value menu order of fries from McDonald's. In all the food was a disappointment. I don't typically expect much from a fast food place, especially one found inside a truck stop, but this was a particularly bad experience. My two kids and I left the restaurant feeling like we should have kept on driving instead. I will never eat at a Maid Rite again.
